I have been streaming for some time now with no problems. I switched to Mixer FTL and now I have dropped a few frames here and there. My upload is 22 and had a tech come out and he said everything is fine. I am on the businees internet plan so they will not throttle or cap my speeds (so they say). I kept streaming this way since my viewers didn't notice any drops/lag. I noticed lately I've been dropping a lot more. The other thing that is weird is my FPS. Normally it would always bounce from 59-60fps but when I stream my PS4 for about 20 minutes or so I notice huge frame drops and my FPS dropped to 48, I can't figure out why. I stream off a laptop with an Elgato HD60 S. The specs are CPU i7-6700HQ 2.60GHz
16 GB RAM and GPU Geforce GTX 960m. I did learn how to turn off Microsoft game bar and stuff today. I will stream tonight to see if that helped. I also lower my bitrate to 1500 and still have the same problem just in case some asked so I don't think it's that. Thank you!
