Question / Help Dropped Frames and Bitrate problems

i have a problem whit OBS, yesterday i try to stream normaly and my bitrate trun red like 10 sec after i start the stream and the dropp frames get like 50% or 60%

I would say your internet connection is in upload not high enough to stream with this settings
