Question / Help DROPPED FRAMES ALL SETTINGS HAVE BEEN THE SAME FOR MONTHS

Hi, I went tried to stream yesterday but I instantly started dropping frames and I thought it was just Twitch because sometimes that happens. But I have read everything and have tried everything and would love some help pls.
