Question / Help Dropped frame rate or possible recording problem??? IDK anything about computers plz help.

Hi. So I have been using this software for about three days now. I dont know one single thing about computers. Mine is a tiny basic laptop. But OBS can't even record a simple point and click like "A Game About" or "Tree" without doing what I assume is dropping frames where tiny second portions of the recording are just missing! I am tired of trying to sync up my video to a recording that doesn't match in the slightest! To rephrase: I don't know anything about computers, or gaming, or recording, but I've been trying to figure this out for about an hour. I played with some of the settings after reading some of the other threads but to no avail. Please help in the simplest terms you can manage. Thank you.
 
I record my playing as well as my screen (not through the same device) and my camera recording is always fine and the OBS one is slow and stutter-y...
 
Really?!?!? Man, that SUCKS! Is there anything I can do about it aside from just breaking down and buying a powerful enough computer?
