After updating windows 10 from their most recent update my obs has been on the frtiz...is anyone else having this same issue/did it affect your obs?
Here are the log files from a 10 minute stream I did using twitch and never had a constant fps...which I used to have only streaming at 35 fps it always stayed constantly at 35 fps. With a 1650 bitrate having a 3/mbs upload speed from IPS...
any help would be greatly appreciated..log files are posted below
