Your CPU cannot keep up with encoding your video.

Try changing your CPU preset to superfast (you will need to increase bitrate).

steam is working fine now but it keeps crashing every like 30 min here is log ty for the help so for tho

Hi,

The log doesn't contain any streaming info can you run the stream again and post once the issue has occurred.

some times its fine obs just crashes and restarts every so often and othere times the frames keep droping

this is one where i started stream after 20 min it crashed twice in a row

but in all the logs except the first one it has bin crashing

Those are regular logs, NOT crash logs.

Navigate to your crash logs directory and post that logs
