For the Advanced Settings, keep Color Format to NV12, Color Range to Partial and Color Space to 601. Chrome, Firefox and very likely most other browsers do not support anything else and will assume NV12 601 Partial.

Next for encoding, set Profile to high and Preset to High Quality. That should improve quality a bit. If you have a really good CPU (doesn't look like it) you can also switch over to x264 veryfast and get a bunch more quality out of it.

YouTube footage is not an accurate representation of the encoder output as YouTube transcodes on their end. Take a look at an actual recording instead of a YouTube stream/upload to see what it really is like.

Also if you are streaming to YouTube only, your 17.73mbit should allow for a 1080p60 at 12mbit stream which gives more quality.

Hi man ! Thanks a lot for your answer again.
Indeed, on twitch its look a lot better, but its still a little bit pixelated and now i have FPS problem ... On my screen its nice no one fps problem, but in stream its look like I have some freez and the quality can down to 480p like before but much less serious !
Thank you for all of the time you spent to me, if you dont have the solution no problem :)
