Drop frames problem can't solved.

Hello guys, i have problems all the time i dont know why, my internet speed is 200down and 20up
Im trying to streaming to twitch but i have all the time drop frames, i've changed my router with a fritz to be better but
the problem still here. Please check my latest log file and if you can help me...
