Drop frames OBS

I have a problem when I playing game and record in OBS, and while I play I do not experience any lag or drop frames, but when I finish recording and go to watch the video I recorded, I notice that there are drop frames in some scenes.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. Record to MKV. If you record to MP4 and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.
3. REMOVE Display Capture and use Game Capture to capture games.
4. Your log shows rendering lag with 2 frames skipped out of 224051 (greater than 0.0% but not by much). That's generally caused by GPU overload which 1 and 3 may help with. If they don't, then you'll need to adjust things that use GPU such as game settings, encoder settings (multi-pass, look-ahead and psycho visual tuning all use additional GPU) and monitor settings.
5. Watch the video on a 60 Hz monitor/tv.

I tried disabling/enabling "HAGS"

I also tried removing Display Capture and using Game Capture to capture games.

But the same thing happened.

When I record, I noticed that the CPU and GPU do not consume more than 60% in intense scenes, but in normal scenes, it is 40%.
