Hi guys, I have a 2019 Macbook pro with dedicated AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB, I'm trying to stream on YT with OBS studio using the hardware encoder VTH264 in order to free the CPU and improve the performances of my streaming, the problem is that this encoder has no possibility to have constant bitrate, although my internet speed is absolutely fine to stream (15 to 20 upload), I'm having constant issues with drop frames at network side, I'm setting bitrate to 4500/5000.
The bitrate is always bouncing (even if I set the limit) and I'm not able to avoid some lags.ì, the CPU is totally free and everything else works fine but I have this constant problem with drop frames for the network.
Can anybody help me? Is there anyone there who is using this encoder with mac to stream on YT with success?
I will attach the last log file just in case.
