Drop FPS in game when recording

Hi, after a while that I record with obs, I have many fps drops in game.
usually i play at 165 fps but even if I lock the fps to 60, the game freezes and the fps drops to 3.
I have no problem when I stream.

i've RTX 3060 AND RYZEN 5 5600X
