I use my Andriod phone and use it for WebCam and OBS dosent detect my phose as a WebCam with the application Droidcam available on the market.

If it doesn't detect it, it might not be properly set up to output via directshow.

Cause it works for you ? ... On skype it work for me so I think my setting is ok..

Try the 32 bit version of OBS, some devices don't have 64 bit filters.

It works... But do I lost performance when I use 32bit version ? What it is doing exactly ?

Ah, yes, didn't think of the driver being 32bit. The performance difference between 64bit and 32bit is very minimal. I wouldn't worry about it.
