Driving me nuts: Audio Monitoring Not Working in Win10

I've been using OBS for a year in a Win7 system. Have gotten to the point in which I know my way around OBS quite well.
Recently purchased a Win10 laptop to stream-on-the-go. Installed all the software I have in my Win7 rig and everything is great...
EXCEPT I can't get OBS to monitor the audio to my headphones (or anything else).

I have checked everything twice-thrice (yeah. 6 times) and nothing.
I compared the Win10 setup to the perfectly working Win7 one to make sure I'm not missing anything.
After having set everything up so perfectly I really don't want to uninstall-reinstall OBS (although I can always save all the config files. Super easy. Barely an inconvenience). It's more of an intellectual challenge.
Can anyone help me out and suggest what might be wrong?
Thanks!
Miguel

I am having the same problem. Recently purchased a new camera and switched laptops and can't seem to get the sound to work.

In my case, I can see the audio working on the volume levels and the sound tracks stream correctly. It bugs me that I can't check the volume while streaming to ensure adequate levels instead of having to monitor through my cell phone (with a two minute lag).

See following screen captures (laptop not connected to the streaming setup right now):

OBS Settings Audio
Audio - Advanced - Monitoring Device.png

Advanced Audio Properties

I set the balance of the Behringer IN 01 totally to the LEFT + Mono to input a wireless microphone and the Behringer IN 02 totally to the RIGHT + Mono to input a RODE microphone in separate tracks.
Desktop Audio 2 is the music mentioned before as Altavoces JACK.

It all works A-OK in my Win7 setup. It mostly works on the laptop except that I can't monitor streaming mix on the headphones

Make a new profile and scene collection to test, make sure to disable all audio devices then re-enable them and close and reopen obs.
Your log indicates either device invalidations caused by a feature update of windows or audio devices in exclusive mode that are in use in other programs.

Harold, Excellent!! Thank you so much.
Followed your instructions in OBS and made sure that the headphones were not set to exclusive mode.
Did have to check and restart a couple of times until all ducks were in line.
Also erased all the Audio filters I had set up, just to make sure I started clean.
I'll add them on again now that the monitoring is working
Thanks again!
