Drag and drop video into sources - how to change settings so that all dropped videos use certain settings

Hi Everyone...,

When we drag and drop a video into Sources it appears in the media source the settings are always set to a specific default.... how can we change the default so that each video we drag and drop have the settings we want to give them automatically / how can we change the defaults?

Any ideas?
