Question / Help DPS latency

Hello. I know its not OBS related, but i wanted to try and get advice here. For the last few days I have experienced DPS latency spikes. I use DPS latency checker and it alwyas stays in the yellow zone just above 1k ms. But when i start all the software i need for streaming - OBS, twitch apps and such, some software to keep an eye on my PC stats - temps, voltages and such (ive clocked my FX 8120 up to 4.5Ghz and also clocked my momery from 1600 to 1866Mhz). So the DPS spikes went as high as 5k ms at times. I tried updating drivers, locating corrupted files, hard resetting the router or even bypass it altogether. Tried registry repairing, HDD cleaning, defraging and such. Even doubled the size on the page file. So if anyone can help I will be grateful.

I used the Latencymon and it said:
1. To check for BIOS update.
2. 1 problem with the network.
3. 1 or more drivers aren't working right.
Also said to disable any CPU throttling.

Could it be the overclock itself causing this? Also I tried to install Microsoft SQL 2012 SP2 but only managed to download it. The installation itself failed few times.

So i updated my BIOS. Still getting spikes. LAtencyMon shows ndis.sys, storport.sys, HDAuBus.sys to be the problem. Any suggestions?
