Question / Help Downscaling in OBS doesnt work w/Avermedia LGX

Downscaling my games in OBS doesnt work. I cant play in native 1920x1080 and have it downscale to 720 to the stream. I only get the ''Signal out of range'' message...

Does anyone now how to perhaps fix this?

My pc cant handle streaming in 1080, 60 fps or 30 fps for that sake. But i would very much like to play with that resolution and fps and stream in 720, 30 fps.

Downscale in Settings > Video, not the video capture source properties.

Correct. I got it to work. I was not running 1080p on my Xbox and on my Avermedia. Which probably was the problem and not, OBS not downscaling.
