So basically I made dual monitor setup. And I made plan like this.

1st Main monitor - Native 1440x900 changed to 1280x720 destkop resolution where I'm running game at 1280x720 aswel.
2nd monitor - Native 1920x1080 just for all monitoring softwares.

Why I didnt did other way around ? I feel like that I'm increasing my gpu performances in some new games and I'm fine by that resolution.

My question is next, is quality same if I stream main monitor in 1280x720 without any downscale or I downscale on second monitor 1920x1080 to 1280x720 (1.50) ? I know that downscale doesnt use extra resources, but I'm wondering about quality. I kinda cant say is there a difference ingame..But I need confirmation on that one. With GTX770 I can run all games so smooth at 1280x720.

I would downscale 1440x900 native in OBS but I cant since its 16:10 aspect ratio and I'm sending those videos on youtube so they need to be 720p.

Thanks.

Running a game at 1280x720 and not downscaling your stream will probably give you video that more closely resembles the original source content, but that doesn't necessarily mean the stream will actually look better. Remember that the source content itself won't look as good because it's running at a lower resolution than you'd expect a modern game to run at. Running a game at a higher resolution and downscaling will give you better looking source content to work with since it runs at a higher resolution, but it will lose some detail when it's downscaled.

If you can't tell the difference then it sounds like you've answered your own question.
