Question / Help Downloaded OBS Studio 18.0.1 but don't have the included filters?

I've been looking around for ways to filter out background noise in my audio, and everything I've found says that there are filters included in OBS Studio v0.15.3 and above. Do I need to reinstall or download anything else?
