Question / Help Download problem for 16.4

Last night I was having issues with 16.3 so I tried deleting any file that had anything to do with OBS on my PC and fresh installing and I was greeted with this http://prntscr.com/d3575d well now 16.4 is out and I'm still greeted with it, I think I deleted something I shouldn't have but I figured a fresh install would fix it.

I installed it to my desktop instead which worked, but then I got an invalid path error on launch and it refuses to start recording or streaming, the button just won't press.
