Sorry, I'm sure this has been asked and answered before, but I don't have all day to search and weed out irrelevant results. Where do I go to download plugins for OBS Studio 31.0.2? Especially the "Move Transition" plugin.
Look in the Move transition plugins' page. You probably need to ask its developer which one is compatible with that OBS version if you have issues with the newest one.
Any 3.x version should be compatible as the minimum OBS version required is 25.0.0
