Question / Help Download OBS will not install

I downloaded the OBS software and it appears in the download folder but will disappear within a few seconds. Totally gone. I have tried 10 times but each time it goes away. If I am not in the right place to log this problem I am sorry. I think this is the 1st forum I have ever been on. Sorry if I am in the wrong place. Chef Dave
