Question / Help download issue.

so i'm trying to download OBS and I get this error in the pic and i don't know if i should ignore it and download it. help is much appreciated.

Seems like you are upgrading. Restart the computer and try again, you were using OBS before the update and the game capture is still hooked. Closing the game might fix it too
