Download/Black screen issue

New Member
I was having problems with my obs (it had a black screen on window and game capture) so i decided to uninstall and reinstall. When reinstalling it had said Malware Bytes and Creative Cloud were using it so it couldn't let me download it. I have both the apps installed, but not active. So currently I can't reinstall my obs.

You need to force close the Creative Cloud processes. Open Task Manager find all the CC processes and force close them.
Malwarebytes can be safely closed from within the tray (in the down right windows little menu)..

Now try again.
