Firstly, this is totally unrelated to OBS, but I cannot find any resolve to this issue elsewhere. This happens when OBS isn't even running, nor is it triggered by OBS in any way.
I enabled iGPU as to use QuickSync, then extended the VGA display. This is in Windows 8 x64 without any monitor plugged into the VGA/HDMI (and with 2 monitors plugged into PCIE). Latest HD3000 drivers from Intel.
Now on the top-left corner of my default display, I get a second mouse cursor. If I change the main cursor icon (like when hovering over a link) then the cloned cursor icon also changes at the same time.
This is really weird, anyone ever seen this? I tried a bunch of weird tweaks to try to get it to go away, but the only thing that removes it is disconnecting the display.
Multiple mouse cursors? Really? =\
