Double-clicking a source causes a freeze

ISSUE: When I double-click a source, any source (audio, display, etc), the properties menu appears and I can't interact with anything in the menu or close the pop-up, prompting a freeze.

CLARIFICATION:

• Does not happen when clicking the properties button.
• This is an isolated version of OBS that's running off of a folder on my desktop.
• I've already cleaned out %appdata% and any outdated plugins.
• Driver is up-to-date.
• No hardware acceleration.
• Ran an "sfc /scannow" on CMD with no errors.
• I have an NVIDIA card and due to the plethora of issues it has caused in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if it's the culprit, but I don't have any of its garbo features on with the exception of v-sync.

Any help would be appreciated! Sorry if this is already covered in another thread, I didn't find anyone else with this issue.
