Double access to the same OBS

Hello! As part of a project I'm working on, I was wondering if there is any way to access the same OBS from multiple places kind of like a google doc, meaning everyone can access the same document but modify it independently in real time. I know it is possible with the likes of Teamviewer or other remote access tools but the problem is there is always a single person that is able to control the OBS at once.
Is there any solution to have multiple people control the same OBS at the same time ?
