Question / Help Dota 2 Streaming

I'm running Dota 2 with 0.87mbps Upload.
My PC Specs:
AsRock 970 Pro3
AMD x4 FX-4300 4x3.80GHz (4.00 OC)
4GB Ram 1333MHz Goodram
Evga GeForce GTX260 896MB core 216

Resolution: 1280x1024

So now, how to configure my Stream so I could get best quality fitting my inet with ping around 90?
I'm trying a lot of various settings but I dont really understand what are they doing to my stream. I think i'm not even using 50% of my CPU.
I've had pretty decent quality yesterday with nice ping and today like everything has changed.
I'm streaming in my monitor resolution

'minimize network impact' in broadcast settings is designed to reduce the ping as much as possible. As for your other information, we need a log file to know more.
