Question / Help DOTA 2/H1Z1 fps DROP

Hi guys, im new at using obs and twitch, so my problem is with the fps at these 2 games that i stream, didnt try to stream any other game yet. The drops go from 60 fps to 40 or even less and its pretty freaking annoying, in dota it happens when big team fights begin or stuff like that, my SO is windows 8.1 64*, my rig is
  • MOBO: Z97x-Gaming 3
  • CPU: i7 4770k @ 4.2Ghz +Hyper 212 EVO
  • GPU: GTX 970 Gigabyte G1
  • PSU: Evga SUPERNova 850W
  • RAM: 2x4 GB DDR3 Hyperx FURY 1866Mhz
  • CASE: NZXT Phantom 410
