Question / Help Dose it matter about which graphics card you have for the Elgato HD60 Pro?

i have a 750 ti, i plan on only streaming thru consoles, not my pc games, well it matter or no, and can i do 1080p 60 fps with 20mbps upload or no?

No, GPU doesn't matter in that case so long as it's fully hardware DX10 compliant. Which the 750Ti should be.

Depends on what service you're streaming to. Twitch? Not unless you're Partnered and have cleared it with staff. YouTube? Going to need something pretty beefy to handle the encoding load. i7-5820k or better.

i have a i7 4790k, is that good?

Maybe, with careful streamlining. But it'll have problems. Even a 6700k has problems. Encoding 1080@60 is a HEAVY computational load.
