Question / Help Dont know what this is but need help fast

I record and upload daily videos for my youtube channel. I have currently been having problems with my fraps and have been refered to obs by a friend of myne. Upon the first use, edit and render of the video I noticed the fact that my video had started to play the first 5 seconds of each clip then stop after that.

Is this a common problem and if so how do I fix it?

you have a weak GPU but your APU could do VCE, hardware encoding instead. this is find for local recording so give it a try.

use an alternative build of OBS. OBS is open source so a wonderful guy named jackun build a fork branch of OBS that has support for VCE. this will need to be extracted to your desktop and read the whole original post. x264 is software encoding, VCE is AMD's hardware encoder built into your APU.
