Can't say I know what your problem is either, you forgot to describe it. OBS is crashing? BSOD? Something else?

Describing the results of each troubleshooting step in that guide would be a start if we're going to ignore the red text at the top.

Well, like i said nothing helped.. i switched servers... all ports are opened.... and so on... all drivers up to date

I really do want you to describe the results of each troubleshooting step. I really don't want you to say "Nothing helped" or "I did it already" because that provides literally no useful information. The options here are more or less to give that information so we can determine if you missed something/interpreted a result incorrectly/need to test something further/whatever, or read the red text.

Example:

1. Tried alternate servers ___ and ___, same results. Picture of my TwitchTest results: <picture>

2. Tried bitrates from 3500 down to 500, started dropping frames above 1000.

3. Already using a wired connection

4. Tested with hitbox.tv, no difference

etc.
