don't find ndi selection under tools...

i am working on an imac with macOS monterey. on it i have installed obs 28.0.3 as well as the plugin obs-ndi-4.9.0 macOS and the runtime ndi runtime 4.5.1-macOS.
this installation does not cause me to find the ndi selection under tools. what am i doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong, NDI plugin fix for OBS 28 is still being worked on.
