right click on the browser source you have in the scene, pick 'advanced audio properties. and make sure its set to 'monitor and output'. that might do the trick. there are a few audio output settings in obs that can cause those sorts of issues. may also be your main obs audio output is set to somethign wierd like your monitor rather than line out etc. good. maybe this will fix it!
