Donation problem

Hello guys. please help me, I can not understand in any way how to bring donat to OBS with a separate sound. Version 29.1.3

Well, you create the alert and add the sound on their site, not in OBS. They should provide support for their service.
In OBS you only add a browser source pointing to the page where the alert is triggered.
