Question / Help Doesnt Load Up

The problem is that whenever I finish recording the video doesnt load up all I see is a black screen with audio BUT whenever I Iook at the preview it doesnt show a black screen. Please help me.

Stop relying on windows media player.

Use VLC or Kodi instead.

I dont like VLC but whenever I use Kodi the graphics all melt its really strange

I dont like VLC because it says what the videos name i like ( ).mp4 at the bottom

Im trying to make a youtube video and and editing softwares dont allow VLC to be edited im pretty sure it can only be a .mp4 because all the other .___ dont work

Wrong.

Your choice in editing software is the problem, not the format you're choosing to output from OBS.

Saving directly to mp4 is not recommended for stability and performance reasons.

Try using openshot to edit your videos.
