Question / Help doesn't connect fully connect with the channel

After downloading OBS and setting up my settings i began trying to stream, but after review my settings i realized that it wasn't fully connected with the channel. i went to my twitch channel page and saw that i was broadcasting but was offline. i tried to fix my setting but it still says im offline even when im broadcasting. i had just recently received the windows 10 update on my intel hp laptop, my question is how can i fix my settings to where the website recognizes that im streaming live. https://gist.github.com/2aae1b67e396f503055f
