I get that when I try to open the non-install version. Does it with both 64-bit and 32-bit. Don't want to install it if I will just get the same error. Suggestions?

Okay. Is there a way to uninstall this if ever need be? Don't see it on Programs and Features.

Is there a way to uninstall... what? OBS? You can uninstall OBS from Programs and Features if you use the installer, if you unpack the test version, you'll just have to delete the files yourself when you don't want them anymore.
If you're talking about the DirectX web updater... why would you want to uninstall DirectX? You'd have to contact Microsoft about that.

It's an official DirectX updater by Microsoft, the creators of your operating system. We do not see any logical reason why you would want to uninstall this, as several new games depend on the presence of these DLL files, and will often install them as prerequisites. However, I can most happily and relievingly inform you that you can delete these additional and horrible DLL files that it installs whenever you feel like it.
