Does the Virtual Camera Work in Windows 11?

I installed OBS Studio on a new computer running Windows 11. I do not see a button to start the virtual camera

You may need to install the 32-bit visual studio runtime pack from https://obsproject.com/visual-studio-2019-runtimes and then reinstall OBS or register the virtual camera with the virtualcam-install.bat file in the \data\obs-plugins\win-dshow from where you installed OBS.

the virtualcam-install batch file needs to be run as administrator
