Does the AMD Radeon R7 M370 (laptop GPU) have a dedicated hardware encoder? My friend want to record his gameplay without performance penalty.

The detail information about the M370 is so scarce on the Internet. However, base on this link, I think that because the M360 has an encoder, the M370 (in theory) should support one too! But in my friend's OBS output settings, i can see only 2 options: Software (X264) and Hardware (QSV), no AMD. I have installed the obs-amd-encoder and reinstalled his GPU driver but the AMD encoder option still doesn't show up. (If i was the owner of his laptop, i would def reset the machine and give it a fresh Windows installation; however, I don't want to cause him any trouble so I'm looking for the simplest solution that he can do it himself)

My friend laptop specs: 6820HQ, Intel iGPU 530 and AMD R7 M370 (i think his laptop model is a Dell Latitude E5570
Thanks you guys so much for listening to my question!

Use Quicksync as hardware encoder. It's available (from the iGPU), and it's even a bit better quality than AMD VCE.
