Question / Help does the AMD Radeon HD 7470 GPU support VCE encoder?

My laptop uses an AMD Radeon HD 7470 GPU. My question is whether my laptop can support recording games using the VCE encoder, because when I open the settings in the "Encoder" section there is only the option "Software (x264)"?

Okay, thank you for the solution. But, when I check "AMF plugin Documentation for Compatible GPUS" in GitHub. My hardware (GPU) is not listed in the list.
