Question / Help Does OBS Support OLD Capture cards with valid OS drivers for your system ?

HI,

I was wondering , does OBS v0.659b 64 Bit , support old Capture cards that are hardware mpeg1/2/avi capable, if drivers for your revision OS can be found ? I ask , as i own a OLD PCI - Pinnacle Studio (v8) Deluxe with a DV/RCA/S-VIDEO Break Out Box attached, for your information.

If it has proper DirectShow drivers, OBS should work with it... but keep in mind that if the card outputs a compressed format, OBS might not be able to decode the output.
