Does obs support my graphics card?

Hi
I get this error every time I run obs
My graphics card supports direct 3D 11 and I can run version 17(17.0.0,17.0.1,17.0.2) but later versions show this error(I did not try version 18 but versions 19 and later show this error)
What is the problem?

It looks like you already have the latest version, 309.08, of the drivers so you can't update them beyond that. Also OBS doesn't support Windows 7.
