Does OBS streaming and save to file with different settings? :?:

Like:
save to file: 1080p 2Mbits
streaming to server: 480p 800Kbits

No, that would require encoding twice. You would have to run 2 OBS at the same time, each encoding simultaneously, and that could put a lot of load on your CPU.
