Does OBS have the ability to move a "video capture device" during the recording of a video?

Hello, I am new to OBS and I was wondering if OBS has the ability to move a "video capture device" during the recording of a video?
I have the need to be able to screen record my computer screen (Windows 10), as well as my webcam. I will be making videos where I will need to record my computer screen and at the same time my web cam will be recording me and I will appear in a small window on top of the recording of my computer screen. If the small window of me is covering up an image, on my computer screen, that cannot be covered up, then I need to be able to move the small window of me to a different area of the screen. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you, Mike

The sources can be moved as needed during recording through the main obs window.
Additionally you could use different scenes having each source where you need them for the various layouts you actually need on a regular basis and switch between them as needed.
