Question / Help Does OBS have Texture Scaling?

When I run monitor capture and change the desktop res a little bit, normally programs will add in texture scaling modes to smooth everything out. When I use OBS, that doesn't happen. I see very sharp ugly pixels, some of them stretched, some not.

I have Lanczos enabled in my Video settings, dunno if this does anything. I'm also using x264 to encode at 50000kb/s.
