Bug Report Does not run dxwebsetup with elevated privileges

There should be a way to launch the Direct X redist installer with elevated privileges since the OBS installer has already launched elevated and it would make the entire install process UAC compliant. It is not automatic though.

As of right now, the dxwebsetup will attempt to run if you check the box after install, but fail if you have UAC enabled because it is launching its child process with standard permissions, then you must manually find the installer and run it. Not very user friendly

ah, sorry, we're going to fix the installer soon hopefully. it doesn't request privileges? I thought it did
