Does not record sound

Everything worked well. I should have turned off sound recording in the settings. After that, the sound stopped being recorded. Reinstalled OBS drivers for sound. I turned on all the tracks - the sound track mixer in the picture shows that there is no sound, although it goes in the speakers.
I tried to turn on "by default" and chose the only (there are no others) source. It didn't help.
Do you have any ideas?

You're using a Display Capture. That ony captures the video part of YouTube, not the audio.
For that, try to at a Audio Output Capture source.

Side note: you might try to use a Window Capture source rather than a Display Capture...
 
It appears that you used an Audio Input Capture source. That's meant for microphones that are connected to your computer, or USB attached mixers etc. Please try an Audio Output Capture source to capture the sound that's being sent to your speakers.
 
I have a microphone - not work. Audio Output Capture - doesn't work either.
It seems that some option is simply not enabled (or vice versa enabled).
