Does not getting signal from iPad Pro 6th Gen

So I just bought iPad Pro 6th Gen. I hooked it to my Elgato HD60 X the pass through is working. It is mirroring my iPad on my monitor. But somehow OBS on my PC does not getting any input signal.

Then I try to my MacBook Pro, its working fine. Elgato passing through the signal and OBS on my Mac also getting the signal. Even recording with no lag.

What did I miss?

With OBS Studio not running (not in background... i mean no process running .. not started, etc.)
Can you use Windows Recorder and see El Gato input? if not, fix video capture/input at Operating System level first (ElGato support and/or RTFM).

Connecting to Monitor is one thing, but means a HDMI signal destined for display. You need a separate device (typically) to 'capture' HDMI display signal and convert back into signal input to PC (typically USB on modern systems, vs add-in cards in decades past)

So, if you have a USB-C to HDMI adapter for the iPad that can display on a monitor, that is nice, but is not sufficient to get signal to Operating System for use in other apps
