Does NDI Plugin work on Fast Ethernet Port {10/100}mbps???

My Gaming PC have Gigabyte Ethernet {10/100/1000}mbps RJ45 Port, But my straming PC is a 10 years old laptop which have Fast Ethernet {10/100}mbps RJ45 Port.

I want to know in this condition , does OBS NDI Plugin work on Ethernet LAN Connection ???

Please help me to solve this problem.

If you have a single source running at 720p, potentially, yeah. You definitely won't be able to do anything more complex than that. Even then, it could get messy.
