Question / Help Does monitor size effect Streaming and Recording with OBS?

So I've been testing obs recently and its been great, its very easy to use and setup. I'm really enjoying this program. My issue is every time I go to watch what I recorded or a past stream broadcast, the video quality doesn't look very good. It looks like its kinda blurry. My current monitor its 1366 x 768 which is a strange aspect ratio and I'm wondering if this is whats causing the issues for the bad quality of my videos / streams.

If you downscale the footage it might look a tad blurry, that's why you enable bicubic or lanczos. But on a 1:1 scale it should fairly crisp if you use enough bitrate.

How do I make it a 1:1 Scale?

I have lanczos enabled and I'm using a 20k bitrate but my recordings and steams still feel a little fuzzy.

How do I make it a 1:1 Scale?
